1. Please introduce yourself.
My name is Febriani Elfida Trihtarani (Feby) from Indonesia. I am currently enrolling as a PhD student at Korean Language and Literature in Seoul National University. I am majoring in Korean modern novel. Lately I have been studying about novels from the period of 1980 until 2000 especially about Lim Chul Woo who is widely known as an author who portrays Gwangju Democratization Movement and Korean War in his novels.

2. What does Korean Literature Now mean to you?
KLN has been the source to find newest Korean Literature translations which also helps me to give information to people around me who does not speak Korean about Korean literature. At first I was searching for one authors’ information for my literature class back then in Indonesia and I happened to find KLN’S website and from then I always recommend the website and of course the magazine to my fellow friends and juniors.

3. Is there anything you want to see more from us?
Probably translations of Korean popular essays, because I see that essay books are also popular in Korea, and maybe it is a good way to promote it to the English readers as well.
