Chang Kang-myoung
Chang Kang-myoung has published eight novels, one short story collection, and one essay collection. He has received the Surim Literary Award, Jeju 4•3 Peace Prize, and Munhakdongne Writer Award. Before turning to writing, he worked as a journalist for over a decade and received the Journalist of the Month Award from the Journalists Association of Korea, Kwanhun Club Press Award, and Dong-A Ilbo Press Award. -
Cheon Myeong-kwan
Cheon Myeong-kwan is a novelist and scriptwriter. He has received the Munhakdongne Novel Award and the Kusang Young Writer Award. His books have been translated into English, French, Chinese, Russian, and Vietnamese. English editions of his work include Modern Family and “Homecoming.” Modern Family was adapted into the movie Boomerang Family . -
Cho Haejin
Cho Haejin (b.1976) debuted when she won the New Writer’s Awards and was published by the quarterly magazine Munye Joongang in 2006. She authored the short story collection City of Angels and the novels I Met Lo Kiwan and A Forest That No One Has Seen . -
Cho Oh-hyun
Cho Oh-hyun , who writes under the Buddhist name Musan, is the lineage holder of the Mount Gaji school of Korean Nine Mountains Zen, and is in retreat as the Patriarch of Baekdamsa Temple at Mount Seoraksan. He received the Chong Chi-Yong Literature Prize for his poem “Distant Holy Man.” He is a recipient of the Korean Literature Award, Garam Sijo Literary Prize, and the Order of Civil Merit - Dongbaek Medal. Choi In-hun
Choi In-hun is one of Korea’s most renowned writers and dramatists. His masterpiece The Square has been translated into eight languages, including English, French, Spanish, and German. He attended the University of Iowa’s International Writing Program in 1973, and the play he wrote during this time, Once upon a Long Time Ag o, became the first Korean play to be staged at the Playhouse Theatre in New York City. Choi Ji-un
Choi Ji-un is a writer. Born in Yeosu, South Jeolla Province in 1979, he made his literary debut in 2012 when his novel Oksu-dong Tigers won The Korea Economic Daily New Writer's Contest. Oksu-dong Tigers is his first novel. -
Choi Jin Young

Choi Suchol
Choi Suchol was born in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, in 1958. He completed a BA and MA in French Language and Literature at Seoul National University. He made his debut in 1981 when his short story “Blind Spot” won the Chosun Ilbo New Writer’s Contest. Chun Woon-young
Chun Woon-young is a novelist. Born in 1971, she made her debut in 2000 when her short story “The Needle” won the Dong-A Ilbo New Writers Contest. She is the author of the short story collections The Needle ; How She Uses Her Tears ; Myoungrang ; As You Know, Mother ; and the novels Farewell to the Circus and Ginger . She received the Arts Award of the Year.
